Neil G. Neil is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist who has trained clients in San Francisco and New York during his career as a personal trainer. Neil graduated from Trinity University in 1999. After graduation, Neil was out of shape and overweight when he began his career as a private investigator in San Francisco. Shortly after arriving he joined Crunch Fitness, and began training with NASM trainers. Little did he know he would undergo a major transformation in his life and career. With the help of these trainers, Neil lost 80 pounds and was so inspired; he decided to make personal training his career. He took his own success story to New York City and trained at Club H Fitness where he changed the lives of dozens of clients. Neil specializes in weight loss and corrective exercise and his skills and knowledge will enhance your current exercise routine, prevent injury, and help you move to the next level of fitness. Jaimy S. Jaimy is a native Austinite, Jaimy was active in sports at an early age. Jaimy has been a Certified Personal Trainer for most of his adult life. Jaimy have worked with NFL players, boxers and mixed martial arts fighters, female fitness/figure competitors and other strength and conditioning coaches, as well countless others who want to look and perform at their best. Erin J. Erin is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist who has trained clients in Michigan and California during her career as a personal trainer. Erin graduated from Mott Community College in 1998. After graduation, Erin worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and became a certified personal trainer. Two years later after getting requested for the soft tissue work for her patients Erin went to Massage School. She worked five years in Michigan as a PT/Massage Therapist and then moved to California spending eight years working for a PT and Chiropractor then finally going into business for herself. Gina B.Gina hails from the Chicago-land area and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. She is also an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer. Her group fitness background primarily consists of Spinning®, Les Mills Body Pump™ and Body Flow™, but also includes boot camps and mind / body flexibility classes.
